2. Responsible Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas within the hookah spot. Customers are expected to smoke responsibly and adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the establishment.
3. Tobacco and Flavor Restrictions: Only tobacco and flavors provided by the Hookah Down Ya are allowed. Customers are prohibited from bringing their own tobacco or flavorings. Any violation of this rule may result in eviction from the premises.
4. Health and Safety:Customers with respiratory or health conditions are advised to consult with a medical professional before using hookah services. Pregnant women and individuals with health concerns are encouraged to avoid smoking.
5. Alcohol Policy: Hookah Down Ya reserves the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence of alcohol or any other substances. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
6. Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations for parties or events are accepted and subject to availability. A cancellation fee may apply if the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
7. Code of Conduct: Customers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from Hookah Down Ya without a refund.
8. Dress Code: Customers must adhere to hookah Down Ya's  dress code policy. Management reserves the right to deny entry to individuals not complying with the dress code.
9. Liability: Hookah Down Ya is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. Customers use the facilities and products at their own risk.
10. Management Discretion: The management reserves the right to refuse service, entry, or continue service to any customer at their discretion.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Hookah Down Ya may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

By using Hookah Down Ya services, customers acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in eviction from the premises.
